CRANFIELD evtol house a place for future of aviation
ARC eVTOL House is being developed as our future HQ and Research Centre for our new range of aircraft being developed. The building comprises of offices for our staff and an open area for research and testing. It also comprises of a showroom to display our aircraft to visitors and potential purchasers.
The company is projected to expand to approximately 40 staff to be based in Cranfield and where possible local employment will be made to make available jobs for local people.

ARC Aerosystems (Formerly SAMAD Aerospace) Ltd introduces the first eVTOL Aviation Innovation Village in the world. This 1000 hectares Aviation Innovation Village will connect professionals in eVTOL technology and research industry.
More than 30,000 families could comfortably live within the residential section of this village. All primary and recreational facilities are available, including an airport, an industrial assembly plant, an innovation hub, shopping malls, hospital, schools, food courts and coffee shops. Moreover, the village incorporates bus terminals, villas in two types and sizes, 5500 apartments in seven different sizes, a sports centre, museum, and cultural space. A state of the art cinema, hotel, library, health centre will also be found in the village and what is more, in keeping with ARC’s Net Zero commitment, there are also extensive green spaces and consideration of the environment in building and design.
