Introducing
Pegasus Vtol Tech
The Pegasus is significantly cheaper/cleaner/quieter than helicopters.

About pegusus
The Pegasus is the result of the equivalent of $50m investment and over 2500 hours of test flights and has been Part 27 Type Certified by the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Agency and Transport Canada. It was commissioned as a less fuel-hungry, quieter and safer reconnaissance aircraft by the US and Canadian governments. Due to a change in strategy by the US government to focus on the development of more conventional helicopters, the Pegasus was shelved. Anyhow, Avian Aircraft decided to continue with the program and completed the FAA and Transport Canada Part 27 certification.
Advanced Regional Connectivity provides the promise of faster/cleaner/cheaper travel to difficult-to-reach places currently served by helicopters, boats, rural roads or congested motorways. The key obstacle that has emerged is the difficulty of getting multi-rotor technologies certified for passenger use due to safety concerns. Pegasus is safe and already certified, allowing ARC to by-pass its competitors.
The enhanced safety of the Pegasus is evident in the case the aircraft loses full power and can still safely land using autorotation. It doesn’t matter if the Pegasus is 10 meters or 500 meters high, the aircraft can safely maneuver to the ground and land almost anywhere.
Another major advantage is reduced noise. Pegasus is much quieter than a conventional helicopter because of the lack of a rear propeller. Around 20% of helicopter noise comes from the tail rotor, and it can be the source of many accidents.

Operating costs
- Pegasus has the lowest operational cost against any competing helicopter
- Pegasus can match or out-perform almost all point to point operations of comparable 2-seat helicopter.
Note: Pegasus is not designed for operations when hovering flight is necessary.
Use Cases
Law Enforcement
Law enforcement can use Pegasus for rapid response to emergencies, providing an aerial advantage in managing events and ensuring public safety. Its low noise level makes it discreet for observing criminal activities without disturbing communities.
Emergency Medical Services
Invaluable for providing rapid response in medical emergencies. Its ability to take off and land in confined spaces allows for swift transportation of medical personnel to and from accident scenes or remote locations. This can significantly reduce response times and potentially save lives.
Infrastructure Inspection
Can be employed for infrastructure inspection tasks, such as monitoring power lines, pipelines, and telecommunications towers. Its stable flight platform enable close, slow and thorough examination of critical infrastructure without the need for expensive and time-consuming traditional helicopter operations.
Air Taxi
With the ability to take off and land in urban areas or on helipads, it can provide efficient transportation for commuters, reducing traffic congestion and transit times
in densely populated regions.
Environmental Monitoring
Ability to conduct low altitude, precise environmental monitoring missions. It can be equipped with various sensors to collect data on air quality, wildlife tracking, illegal logging and ecosystem health, aiding in conservation efforts and ecological research.
Sightseeing
Unique combination of safety, stability, and panoramic views make it an ideal platform for sightseeing tours. Tour operators can offer passengers an exhilarating
and unobstructed view of scenic landscapes, urban skylines, and natural wonders, enhancing the experience.
Pegasus as
Emergency Medical Services
The most efficient fast response aircraft for EMS and Doctor transport.
Pegasus as
Infrastructure Surveillance Services
With a stable flight platform and 40 km/h slow flight, thorough manned examination of critical infrastructure can be performed.
High end sensors can be integrated to the Pegasus. Witha payload of 280 Kgs, several sensors can be integrated at the same time.
