Our Captain of Industry this time will talk about the dream at Samad Aerospace – a viable, cost-effective alternative to both business jets and high-performance passenger helicopters- the e-Starling and Starling Jet. Come and listen to his talk on the Third Aviation Revolution!
ARC Aerosystems(Formerly SAMAD Aerospace) unveils concepts for Q-Starling VTOL and tech villagesFINN ARC
Hybrid electric VTOL aviation company SAMAD aerospace has launched its concept for its high-end Personal Air Vehicle (PAV) Q-Starling and revealed its proposals for a worldwide network of tech villages.
The Q-Starling from #SAMADaerospace will give owners the ultimate #luxury in personal #HybridElectric flying. The efficient #sustainable #QStarling will give passengers unparalleled point-to-point mobility options.
SAMAD aerospace, the British hybrid electric VTOL aviation company is pleased to launch its concept for Q-Starling, a high-end Personal Air Vehicle (PAV). With an innovative modern design taking elements from both fast jets and VTOL aircraft, the Q-Starling represents a new pinnacle in future sustainable aircraft design.
SAMAD Aerospace eVTOL Drone Business Jet
Samad Aerospace is a company based in Cranfield Technology Park developing an exciting new hybrid electric vertical take-off and landing (e-VTOL) business jet. The Starling jet will be the world’s first hybrid electric propelled business jet that is capable of vertical take-off and landing like helicopter with the comfort, speed and range of business jet. The fact that the aircraft can be propelled electrically reduces the aviation CO2 emission significantly in the urban areas.
“Starling Jet is a Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) hybrid-electric propulsion aircraft for civil aviation use. It is an embodiment of our dream at SAMAD Aerospace — to revolutionise the way humans and goods fly around the globe. It will change the way you see the world and how you view your opportunities. What once seemed impossible will become routine.”
The successful test ensured the all-electric e-Starling’s CTOL flight capabilities and achieved an essential step toward its VTOL aircraft development.
UK start-up Samad Aerospace has begun building a 50% scale model of its six-seat eStarling hybrid-electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, and says it will “commercialise” a version of this scaled design, and bring it to market in 2022 as a two-seat hyper-luxury aircraft and utility vehicle.
The Starling Jet now joins electric or hybrid flying commuter craft from sources all over the world. A Middle-East backed, London-based project, the Starling Jet is swoopy and high-winged, and comes in three sizes with different missions.
The “World’s first hybrid-electric VTOL business jet” has been revealed by a Bedfordshire-based company.
UK start-up Samad Aerospace is developing the Starling Jet, which it claims is the world’s first business aircraft with vertical take-off and landing (VTOL). We checked in on progress with Samad Aerospace’s CEO, Seyed Mohseni.
